UC's 3rd Annual Pool Party:
United Communities will be hosting its 3rd annual pool party on Wednesday, July 8th from 4 pm to 8 pm. This year’s festivities will include a DJ, games, BIG prizes, food, and fun for the whole family!Don’t be the one to miss out on all the fun!In the event that it rains, the Pool Party will be rescheduled to Thursday, July 9th.
Pest Control:
On Wednesday July 15, 2009, we will begin spraying for mosquitoes. It is anticipated that this process will be finished by Wednesday July 22, 2009, weather permitting. We will be spraying all the common areas (i.e.: playgrounds, baseball fields) and the wooded areas that back up to housing. Please be sure to dump all standing water to prevent a breeding area for the mosquitoes.
Yard of the Month:
We will be judging for July Yard of the Month from Wednesday, July 8th to Wednesday, July 15th. We will be out to award and take pictures on Thursday, July 23rd.
Attention Residents Residing in 4211 to 4260:
On or around Tuesday, July 7, 2009, we will be opening an access point to Croshaw Road from North Bolling Blvd. to facilitate school bus traffic. Beginning September 1, 2009 this access point will be the only access point to your neighborhood. This will be the case until February 2010. Come September 1, 2009 this closure may come as an inconvenience to you and your family, however, we ask for your patience and cooperation in this matter. Again without your help we would not be able to work together to provide the best possible housing for you, and your fellow military families.We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Internet Cafe w/ FREE Skype Access!
Stop by the United Communities Leasing Office and take advantage of our free internet cafe, fully equipped with Skype access. Come and video chat with your friends and loved ones or surf the net anytime during office hours. This service is free to all residents of United Communities.

Landscaping Information:
Green Waste Disposal:
The maximum weight is 50lbs for green waste cans. Please remember, your green waste will not be picked up if it contains rocks, dirt, or trash. Thank you for your cooperation.

If the recycle cans are left out, the following day they will be picked up by our staff and you will need to retrieve them at the Self Help Office.

McGuire Pool Events

Pool Hours:
Sunday to Saturday from 11:00 am
to 8:00 pm
Rockin’ Raft Nights - Tuesday's from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm , Ages 12-18 only. Rafts, water basketball, water polo, pizza, and teenage rock n’ roll. Movies are shown every other Tuesday.
Family Night - Thursdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Rafts, music, food and fun for the whole family! Movie nights will be every other Thursday.
Adult Nights - Select Fridays from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Get a sitter and join your adult friends for a relaxing night on the rafts with your favorite oldies music. Rock concert on the big screen in the grass starts at 8:45 pm.
Lap Pool - The lap pool is available for lap swimming during normal operating hours for adults only when not being used for other events. It may also be used for birthday parties, family reunions, squadron picnics, and socials if scheduled through the pool manager.
McGuire Olympics - Sunday, August 30th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Races, relays, games, events and prizes for all ages. Come and join the fun!
Annual Pool Party - Join us at our Annual Pool Party on Wednesday, July 8th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the McGuire Pool. Enjoy fun, food, games, and contests for prizes!
