Attention Residents of Falcon Courts North:
On Thursday, July 24th, the electric company will be performing tests of the Falcon Courts North transformers. The test will occur between 9 am and 3 pm. There will be, at the most, 3 of these tests resulting in a power loss of no more than 10 minutes each.

Stop by the UC office to post your Yard Sale on our Web Site. If you would like to post a list of items that you will have for sale you may do so by posting it in our office on our bulletin board. You are welcome to stop by the office to pick up for form for your yard sale. **All residents may have 2 yard sales per year. We will need the following information •Date

* Please note, rents will be adjusted for the 2008 BAH rate changes and also for 2007 promotions effective January 1, 2008. If you have any questions please contact the leasing office.
