-Resident Review Board-
Attention United Communities Residents! We will be having a Resident Review Board meeting Friday, October 1, 2010 at 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Saxton Community Center on Falcon Courts North.
We encourage all family members to come and discuss
our housing community concerns. We need your feedback, postive and negative, as residents on how we can improve our community. We also encourage each of you to tell your neighbors and fellow squadron members about this meeting and bring their inputs to the meeting as well. All feedback is very important to Senior Leaders of McGuire and Ft. Dix.

Community Fitness Center •
We are pleased to announce that the community fitness center is now open!
The fitness center is open weekdays 6:00 am until 6 pm and weekends 8:00am until 9:00 pm. The fitness center is located on Falcon Courts North at the Jim Saxton Community Center (3811 Bolling Boulevard) on McGuire.
The fitness center also features a kids play room. Bring the kids to play or watch TV while you work out!
Stop by the United Communities Leasing office to pick up your key code and start utilizing the fitness center today!

Drop off your old cell phone at the UC Leasing Office and help our troops call home!
For every cell phone donated, Recellular will donate a 100 minute international phone card to the Cell Phones for Soldiers program. Military Units can then request these free phone cards for their troops. Since a call home from overseas can cost up to $7.00 per minute it is very valuable to be able to provide these free calling cards to soldiers. Internet Cafe w/ FREE Skype Access!
Stop by the United Communities Leasing Office and take advantage of our free internet cafe, fully equipped with Skype access. Come and video chat with your friends and loved ones or surf the net anytime during office hours. This service is free to all residents of United Communities. |

Recycling and Trash Information:
Recycling Bins:
If the recycle cans are left out, the following day they will be picked up by our staff and you will need to retrieve them at the Self Help Office.

Cigarette Butts and Trash
We have noticed an abundance of cigarette butts and trash throughout the property. Please help keep your neighborhoods clean and dispose of your cigarettes and other trash properly. We appreciate your cooperation.
Bulk Trash
Please do not leave bulk trash curb side. It is each residents responsibility to take their bulk trash to the compactor areas. UC or the trash company will then dispose of the bulk trash once placed in the compactor areas. The Airmen’s Attic and the Thrift Shop also accepts furniture donations for those in need.

The pool will be open 7 days a week from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. It will be closing on September 5th, 2010.
